  • Organized and supervised decommissioning of the ship and disposition of all of it's property totaling well over $5 million in value.
  • Led planning for and completed a 2 month, 6,200 NM transit from Seward, AK to Cartagena, Columbia for foreign transfer of the cutter to the Columbian Navy as part of the DOD Excess Defense Articles Program.
