I took part in an internship during my senior year of High School at the Therapeutic Equestrian Center in Holyoke that offers therapeutic riding for children and adults with physical, mental, and cognitive disorders. I have worked with people that vary in age and "special abilities". It has been a blast and I enjoy it. I have also had first hand experience in the behavioral health units at HMC during my time working as a PSA for a little over a year now.
