Highly-motivated student, athlete and writer, I love challenging myself and taking on new adventures. With a strong worth ethic, adaptability and a open curiosity, anything is possible. My education and experience working as a barista and now a personnel manager, have allowed me to learn how to work effectively unsupervised and quickly master new skills. Organizational skills are of upmost importance when you have a filled daily schedule so I have learnt how to use my time effectively while continuing to complete everything to the highest of standards.
Rowing has taught me to be resilient, relentless and to appreciate my teammates. We always remember the wins as much as the losses, but the losses made us stronger and fuelled our ambition to be better. I have always been extremely competitive and take my athletic passion very seriously.
However, I have been able to transfer these skills into my current job as a personnel manager in which I look to provide our customers with the highest quality of service and customer care. This role has also taught me the importance of communication and understanding. I treat all my employees with kindness and compassion, hoping to create an honest, and open relationship in which we can achieve our goals successfully.
The future carries with it much promise and I am so excited to see what is to come.
