Caregiver for Grandmother
My Grandmother, Herlinda, was 81 years old when I took care of her. She was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and Osteoporosis. Both conditions limited her movement and quality of life. I cared for her for about 4 months by helping her with bathroom needs, pushing her in her wheel chair, feeding her, helping her stretch and move, keeping her company, and ultimately being her advocate.
