I have had many leadership roles in the past that have helped to contribute to my skill set and performance in the workplace. I was a HOBY Leadership Ambassador in 2021 for a nationwide leadership seminar. I was also a youth leader for my church for the past two years. I was also a part of many clubs, sports, and groups in high school that taught me teamwork. These experiences have all helped prepare me for customer service jobs and leadership roles in the workplace. I have vast knowledge of the customer service industry and a decent amount of management experience. I utilize affective communication with both my coworkers and clients/customers to make sure that everything needed to perform is understood.
