Responsibilities as a Server:

• Maintain and set up the dining room clean and organized for the residents
• Responsible for serving the residents while ensuring their dietary limitations are respected
• Understand how to properly store food and supplies, while handling it safely and sanitarily

Responsibility as a Mentor:

• Set the high-level standard for new comers and current servers as to how residents must be properly treated and served
• Train and teach new hires the luxury dining room etiquette and language
• Assist the supervisors on coordinating the staff and work distribution
• Ensure that stuff is courteous and friendly to residents and guests
• Help coordinate and organize special events for residents and their families/guests
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Address and solve problems raised by residents and ensure to follow up on the final resolution, seeking 100% client satisfaction
• Proactively create a professional relationship with the residents, becoming their "go to person" in case of need
• Identify other team members in need of help and proactively take accountability of it
• Lead the room service department by answering phone calls and ensuring residents are satisfied
• Ensure residents experience is 100% positive and surpass their expectations
