I used to work at the front gate of Universal Studios. Individuals up next in line would give me their tickets, I would scan them to ensure they could enter the theme park, and they would go in or if it did not work I would tell them to go to the ticket booth for help, and I would answer any additional questions they had. Work hours consisted from morning to night sometimes. I enjoyed meeting people and seeing people I knew who entered. It was hilarious.
An accomplishment I am proud of is having my first job at Universal Studios as a ticket scanner. I found it to be pretty fun most of the time and also like a muscle memory challenge when it came to answering customers' questions and assisting elders and the disabled when they needed an extra hand. I found it to be quite thrilling and a good social job experience for me. I'm looking for another fun/enjoyable job experience. And I can't wait to associate with the new people to come.
I make music and have been for 6 years. I've been going to Tuning Fork's Open Mic nights every Monday at 8 pm, so I would definitely check it out. It makes me so happy to hear other individual's original songs and I love performing mine. They have created a true community over at that wonderful place. I'm going to be going to CalArts school of the arts for college this next coming up fall and I'm excited to meet new people!
