Professional achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as the heavy line noncommissioned officer in charge, Motor Transport Company, Marine Wing Support Squadron 272 from May 2018 to November 2020. Sergeant Granger's judgement and tireless duties directly impacted the squadron's ability to complete and coordinate daily operations. His effective management of the unit's missions and support requests directly resulted in the dispatching of 786 Tactical Vehicle Missions, encompassing a total of 56,245 accident free miles. 7,918,824 pounds of cargo, and 7,409 personnel. Additionally, he directly coordinated and oversaw 521 missions between Motor Transport and Engineer Companies in support of the flying squadrons aboard Marine Corps Air Station New River. His attention to detail and dedication to safety led to the procurement and installation of 130 tires for medium and heavy variant tactical vehicles which then increased the unit's combat readiness. Sergeant Granger's exceptional Professional Ability, Steadfast initiative, and selfless dedication to duty reflected credit upon him and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service.
