Isaiah Key

• I was made the Digital Media Manager for my church, responsible for training new team members, running Sunday and Wednesday livestreams, and managing media for additional church events. Previously working as a team member in this ministry, I used what I noticed to help me lead the team effectively, so we can spread the gospel to our online members and anyone else who may find our livestream.

My title from working this All-Star game last year has been updated because I am now one of the team leads that is organizing a flag football game highlighting women's Flag Football in the DFW area.

• Assisted in organizing and overseeing assignments to drive operational excellence.
• Developed detailed plans based on broad guidance and direction.

• I have experience keeping the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes and cleaning equipment. I help with food prep by portioning ingredients and making sauces for different meals. I also restock and get stations ready for service. I’m good at closing the kitchen, making sure everything is cleaned and ready for the next day. I work quickly, pay attention to details, and help the team run smoothly.

• Demonstrated program-building leadership by turning a winless team into a 6-2 playoff contender; developed a player-led, disciplined team program. Currently in our second season to secure a championship.

• I was the playcaller for this team, calling both the offense and defense. Running a very fast-paced, spread offense and a cover 2-based defense. Transformed the football program, leading the team from 3-4 my junior year to undefeated in my senior year (11-0), and winning Founder's first-ever championship.

• I have been a part of several successful teams including both football and basketball. I thrive well in dynamic and fast-paced environments, talented at quickly adjusting to evolving circumstances and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. I am skilled at collaborating with diverse individuals and teams to foster a culture of teamwork, unity, and collective achievement.

• I was a gameday intern for a local college showcase game for D1-NAIA athletes. I did several things, from organizing jerseys for practice to setting up our athletic banquets and dealing with players and parents. I also sold merchandise throughout the weekend.

• I served as one of our after-school program teachers, engaging with students spanning various age groups from Pre-K through 4th Grade. My responsibilities encompassed assisting children with their homework assignments, engaging in recreational activities with them, and fostering an environment conducive to physical activity, all within the timeframe of 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.

• During my time at Prestonwood Christian Academy North, I held the position of Tech Services Intern. In this role, I demonstrated proficiency in configuring computer systems, providing assistance to both educators and students in setting up their devices, and effectively troubleshooting any technical issues that arose.
