As a (BOH) back-of-house team member, my job was to efficiently work among a team with the ingredients provided, while maintaining proper communication throughout the kitchen with our (FOH) front-of-house staff, so that we may have a smooth transition to the closing shift. During this time, I had worked primarily as a closer for the kitchen.
