Full Time Supervisor position on the Midnight Sort

Responsibilities included:

• Overseeing multiple front-line supervisors to ensure their employees are meeting company expectations in regards to safety, service, and production as well as monitoring and holding employees responsible for attendance
• Discipline elevated beyond the front-line supervisor
• Assist in planning various aspects of the sort both for daily operating in addition to future outlook
• Overseeing the response and disposal of leaking packages and the associated debris to ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
