• with a range of changes in focus driven by fluctuations in covid-19 caseloads, tasks included:
• Working as a team to monitor COVID-19 pandemic for a community of 55,000 (pop.)
• Teamwork emphasis to streamline workflow processes throughout various phases of the pandemic.
• Verified received lab results to ensure accurate case counts and classify patients into three categories (not positive, confirmed, or probable case
• Entering data information into CTT and NEDSS *NEDSS database is what the CDC confirmed
• Contacting patients, performing intake forms via phone and supplying them with Isolation/Quarantine work orders
• Effective and fast communication amongst team, health entities, and patients
• Monitor ‘In-House’ Database (our county) of cases (Excel spreadsheet)
• Correcting errors or duplicates that may be found

• Acted as Liaison for hotel – receiving calls on reservations, price ranges, accommodations, etc.
• Customer Service skills utilized at all times, as well as the ability to provide solutions for expected/unexpected arrivals and ‘In-House’ guests.

• Bread/Grocery section of the store where I reviewed and edited inventory, stocked shelves, and performed other miscellaneous tasks throughout the store.

• Focus on the Activity Report within the hotel -- corresponds with the number of Arrivals and Departures for the present date.
• I also help orchestrate tasks within the hotel, speaking with our Housekeeping and Engineering team.
