Technical Sergeant Isis M. Ponce Force is the NCOIC for Commander Support Staff at 932 Mission Support Group, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. She is responsible for providing human resource and administration support to over 600 personnel supporting the 932nd Airlift Wing in the United States Air Force Reserve. Additionally, TSgt Ponce manages 25 human resource tracking systems to provide vital data integrity information to the member of the United States Air Force. TSgt Ponce entered the Air Force in December 2008. She completed the “Basic training” course at San Antonio, Texas in May 2009” and enter Knowledge Information course at Keesler AFB, Mississippi in June 2009. During her 14-year career her duty performance includes various challenges Assignments, in a variety of positions. She has held positions such as Commander Support Staff. Unit Training Manager, Defense Travel Specialist, Orders Clerk, Unit Risk Management Manager, Government card holder point of contact, and most recently Commander Support Staff NCOIC.
