  • In the packaging department, I inspect the final FG product's color, pH, bitterness, alcohol content, and other parameters every hour. Additionally, I check the TPO, CO2 levels, and fill volume at the start of each shift and every four hours. My responsibilities also include monitoring the daily efficiency of the packing lines in the Pack Hall Production department for beer processing.

  • As a Quality Executive in the processing and packaging labs, I conduct quality checks on raw materials and processed beer, performing analytical tests such as color, pH, and alcohol content, as well as microbial tests for beer processing. Additionally, I carry out TPA tests on filled bottles in the packaging lab.
