Why law Enforcement

Throughout my childhood, becoming a Police officer / Having A career in law enforcement has always interested me very much. Throughout my childhood, I have consistently had positive interactions with law enforcement in my community, which has fostered my respect for the hard work, bravery, and responsibility required of police officers, as well as their ability to perform day-to-day tasks. Having the opportunity to serve the City of El Monte would be an honor, which is why I am choosing to apply to the City of El Monte Police Department. I would be a Great Addition To the Agency, with skills including the ability to communicate very well, perform under pressure, Integrity, Strong Communication Skills, Accountability, compassion, and a commitment to self-improvement, as well as an eagerness to learn and grow within the City of El Monte Police Department.
