As a Medicare sales professional, I was in charge of transforming warm inbound inquiries into Medicare solutions. I did this through the following processes:

• Educated clients on Medicare Advantage plans and coverage options available.

There are a number of duties that fall under your responsibility as a TAB Technician. As a TAB Technician, we test, adjust, and balance different exhaust systems at the Ronler Intel Campus to ensure that they are running as optimally as possible. Our goal is simple, but there are a lot of moving pieces to accomplish the job, some of which are:

• Set up a pre-task plan and make sure safety is on everyone's mind.
• Diagnosed issues by reviewing blueprints, schematics, drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's instructions.
• Working with vendors and/or tool owners to ensure that everything is done in a timely manner and as intended.
• Coordinating with other trades and vendors to complete tool installs and demolitions.
• Adjusting and balancing systems with various dampers to acquire the specific metrics required by Intel and tool owners.
• Collaborated with engineers to troubleshoot issues in existing systems.
• Maintained accurate documentation of system performance and adjustments.
• Responded quickly to emergency service requests when necessary.
• Maintained detailed records of all work performed on TAB systems for future reference purposes.
• Completed daily reports summarizing work activities for supervisors and tool owners.

During my time with Specialty Heating & Cooling, I worked as an Install Technician/Helper and assisted the journeyman with anything and everything having to do with HVAC systems. We did a lot of retrofit work, which was our bread and butter, but we also worked on new construction. For the most part, we did residential work, but we also did commercial work, although it wasn't as common. Some of the things we did were, but are not limited to:

• Installed HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings efficiently.
• Conducted routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
• Utilized diagnostic tools to assess system performance and identify problems.
• Utilized hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, saws, as well as power tools like pipe cutters and benders when performing tasks related to HVAC installations.
• Performed installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork.
• Wired both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment.
• Conducted brazing, threading pipe and tasks to complete service calls.
• Assisted in the fabrication of sheet metal ducts for ventilation systems.

Working in a team-based environment to ensure daily and weekly quotas are met in the production of windows and doors. Duties included, but were not limited to:

• Inspected products for quality and compliance with company standards.
