• I got CCD certified which is an individual assigned by Gateway. Management whose duties and responsibilities include ensuring that the proper loading procedures are being used.
• Some of the duties are to obtain proper security documents for all shipments and Verify upon receipt from customer shipment pieces, weight, dimensions, and airworthiness those are some of the duties of a ramp agent.

One significant accomplishment that has achieved was being selected to do CCD which is a a role in the operation that is important, because am verifying that the loading of the plane is correct and proper because that's working with the weight and balance of the plane and it's of utmost importance for the whole and operation and safety as well as I got certified to drive the equipment that gets used and is vital to the operation
