Army Reserves
- Current
  • I am part of the army reserves. I report to my unit once a month. I have completed basic training, and my advanced individual training (AIT). Basic training is the bootcamp all individuals must go through to become soldiers. My AIT is a 92F02. Petroleum Supply Specialist. My graduation date was July 25th, 2025. I was trained and tested to preform tactical combat casualty care, first aid, weapon maintenance, control and shooting of an M4 Carbine, throwing of grenades, great communication skills, team collaboration, land navigation, how to react upon enemy contact, how to preform under loss of sleep, hunger and being comfortable with being Uncomfortable, gas chamber and much more. My AIT trained and tested me to preform duties of a 92F such as knowledge of explosive ranges of fuel, safeties, filter separators, canisters, gauging and sampling of fuel, how to fuel helicopters, recirculation of fuel, how to move fuel within a manifold, and know the diverse procedures of different GPM pump models. As a private at my unit my job is to execute orders with excellence and urgency.

  • Company Overview: Glassfloss
  • In this job we operated the machine as a team of 3-5. Job consisting of working long hours on your feet, working on a fast paced machine, the placing of pleats, placing of pre-glued carton blanks, changing of metal plates sizes with equipment, machine maintenance and cleaning, glue refill, part reloads, PMCS. A job that requires good communication, teamwork, moving with a sense of purpose and urgency to meet the demands of product required. Air filters must be correct size, pleats intact, and packaged then shipped. The machine doesn’t stop unless instructed or required.
