Faith in God. This is the begining of all things good within my life. Exercise, healthy eating, reading, writing, researching topics of interest, conversation/communication in a healthy way stem from my love of God, myself, and those around me. I strive to set examples for myself and those around me to please God Almighty. I believe this is the greatest gift I could give others and myself.
