I am a motivated public health professional with an academic progression in Health Promotion and Public Health, and a background in Biological Sciences. With hands-on experience as a care assistant, support worker, and science educator, I have developed a deep commitment to advancing health equity, preventive care, and well-being through evidence-based practices. I am particularly interested in research on community health interventions, health behavior change, and the social determinants of health. I aim to contribute to impactful research and public health policies through doctoral studies.
