Express Waste is a roll off dumpster hauler. We manage front load, roll off, and port o let accounts for customers nationwide. We repair compactors, do bulk pickups for major department stores, and also offer repo and delivery services for other haulers. We do cart recovery and delivery for contracts to start in a fast response to insure the hauler can start the contract on time with all carts in place.
Express services is a service company that can do repairs, refurbishment, or installs on any Garbage compactor, Front load can, or Roll off can. We can also pressure wash on site for any of these also plus any other type of pressure washing necessary.
A full service garbage company. I grew the company to 55 employees and over 25,000 customers in a little over 3 years with over 5.5 million in revenue.
This was a division of Express Waste. Recycle Louisiana was a 12,000 square foot recycling facility of commingled recycle materials collected curbside from recycle contracts.
I coached AAU basketball for the Mardi Gras Gators and was also in charge of running tournaments. I coached all high school age kids. I was in charge of money, fundraisers, kids, and coaching the teams. We were a non-profit organization and volunteered doing this. It was a great experience that helped me learn how to deal with different types of people and there personalities. It also helped me become more of a leader. It was time well spent because you have the opportunity to influence so many.
With in 3 years the company grew to 25,000 customers and 55 employees while obtaining 2 municipal recycling contractions of 9000 residents.
