I operated the daily operations of a personalized permanent makeup and laser treatment office. I was esponsible for making appointment, greeting patients, and insuring that all supplies were kept supplied.

The function of a airline customer service agent was two fold. Meeting the departing passenger at the service desk to assign a seat on the airplane and provide a boarding pass. The other duty of an agent was performed at the departure gate. Boarding the passengers in a safe and orderly manner. At either location the agent was to make any adjustments that were needed to insure the passenger was satisfied with their travel arrangements.

While a detective in the Philadelphia District Attornery's Office I served in two different units. The first, from July 1982 to June 1990 I was assigned to the Family Court Unit. My duties involved any crime or situation that involved a juvenile. I conducted many interviews, face to face or on the telephone and then prepared the necessary reports.

The second unit was the Econcomic Crime Unit from June 1990 to July 1995. My duty was to completely investigate the theft of money by a suspect person so that the an assistant district attorney could successfully get a conviction in court. I was provided with the name of suspect and the amount of money taken by the suspect that need to investigate. I interviewed the complaint, any witnessed, and sometimes the suspect to bring a successful conclusion to the case. All cases involved thousands of dollars.

I was assigned to the Intelligence Training School that was located in Balimore Maryland. I preformed general office duties and support the faculty with their training.
