Runs the facility alongside General Manager assisting, and operating facility in absence of General Manager.

Responsibilities

Assisting General Manager in tasks such as scheduling and payroll

Resolving Issues with customers or associates

Loading 5'8' wooden and metal boxes into 53ft trailers using a propane forklift

Refilling propane tanks, RVs and Autogas vehicles

Conducting Auctions on storage units

Cleaning out of Units and Equipment

Assisting in installation of hitches on customers vehicles

Providing Excellent Customer Serivice

Responsibilities

Make reservations for customers using POS system

Hooking up assigned trailers to customers vehicle

Driving and backing up 26ft box trucks with and without trailers

Cleaning equipment

Providing Excellent customer service

Efficiently manage a team of 20-50 associates while conducting daily tasks. Secondly when store manager is absent looking over and managing multiple departments being able to assist customers with any difficulties and resolve problems.

Complete Financial Audits

Complete Bank transfers up to $100,000

Complete daily cash replenishments within registers

Resolve Issues with customers or associates

Assisting customers with variety of needs while being able to efficiently use POS systems, Including providing locations of items, Completing merchandise returns. Also completing Foreign and Domestic money services such as money transfers, Check cashing, Bill payments, Money orders etc.
