I support the planning and execution of commercial construction and build-out projects, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and contractor coordination. My role involves working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. I regularly review drawings, submittals, and project documents to support constructability, scope clarity, and quality control, and I assist with tracking project schedules, costs, RFIs, and change items. I also participate in site coordination, issue tracking, and close-out documentation, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project goals.

I worked on a variety of residential projects, focusing on lateral analysis, gravity design, and CAD drafting to create detailed and accurate construction plans. My responsibilities included designing structural systems that met safety standards and building codes, preparing plans for submittal, and collaborating with the building department to secure plan approvals.

I performed structural and earthquake tests on model structures using shake tables. I studied how earthquakes and other dynamic motions affect the structures' performances. I used SAP2000 to perform structural analysis and determine deflection of structures.

I consistently demonstrated my ability to manage material costs by estimating and verifying quantities for various projects. I successfully directed material and work orders, ensuring the timely procurement and allocation of resources. Additionally, I possessed strong expertise in contract and change order reckoning, meticulously calculating invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to project budgets. Moreover, I actively accounted for project finances, monitoring expenses and maintaining financial records.
