Led an operating department of 70+ technicians and managers to best-in-class safety, quality, and stability results in diaper manufacturing. Recently achieved two years safe as a department, delivered best ever unplanned holds and consumer comments, and improved process reliability to the highest in all North America P&G Baby Care sites in over 10 years. Also achieved highest Organizational Cultural Survey score in Box Elder Baby Care site history.

Managed production schedule of four separate Baby Care lines producing multiple sizes and brands, including raw materials and finished product. Concurrently led the rollout of out all material transitions, initiatives, and touches to each line. Consistently achieving 95%+ case fill rate (customer service metric) and 100% GPRM2 (process reliability two months after initiative rollout).

Managed a group of 15 technical experts at the site to support safety, quality, and reliability results of four Baby Care lines. Enabled rollout of all regional and global change requests and packages. Reduced unplanned stops by 25% during six months in this role.

Led the Mainline Operating Department for Box Elder Baby Care. Managed two diaper lines, an organization of 50+ technicians and managers, to achieve safety, quality, and process reliability results to support the business.

Led a Baby Care production line of 30 team members to produce multiple sizes of Pampers Swaddlers with excellent safety, quality, and stability results. Achieved lowest quality hold numbers as well as improving PR +25% over 2.5 years.

Eliminated safety, quality, and stability losses across three Baby Care lines. Focused on implementing autonomous maintenance daily management systems, including improvements in centerlines out of limits by 1,000+ and enabling technician involvement in these systems with automation and servant leadership.
