During 5/2025 - 2/2026 I was helping to manage a Confirmations Team to make sure everyone goes to the right business, take down 2nd dials number, and making sure all businesses get called even if I help dialing.
Currently I still call confirmations by myself, there is no longer a Confirmations team since there has been some changes. I call customers to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments when I call for Outbound Confirmations. Also I call No Shows which is trying to reach out to customers to reschedule or rule out if no longer interested.
Worked on LDR Attributions from 5/2025-2/2026 using Excel to go over all sales, making sure AE's are crediting LDR's.
Day to day using Salesforce, Excel doc, Chili Cal, and sometimes CCP. Did use Orum at one point.
With confirmations my role is make sure the customer knows that they are going into a sales meeting the next day and finding out that the AE can help.
