Presently oversee The Home Depot sales program

This has included lead generators, website leads, test bottles and a maintenance driver. The program consists of twenty Home Depots in the Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania area. Basic office tasks, finalize sales documents for payment, word documents, some excel. Also involved in customer service for Gordon Brothers.

In charge of the Home Depot Install Services planned events to for capturing leads and creating awareness.

Trained associates in the Home Depot system and with the customer to get leads and increase sales.

• Prepared potted plants and bouquets based on customer requirements.
• Researched latest design trends, colors and vendor products for use in new pieces.
• Consulted with clientele to discuss special occasion floral designs for weddings, funerals and other events.
• Collaborated closely with customers to create unique designs for bouquets, wreaths and gifts.
• Properly package flowers and plants for damage-free delivery.
• Maintained thorough knowledge of needs, characteristics and varieties of flowers and greenery used in shop to inform arrangement decisions and provide information to customers.

• Monitored special orders to promote timely deliveries of floral displays, bouquets and decorative items.
• Trained 4 employees on computer system and basic floral arrangement.
• Inventoried plants and flower care supplies and ordered more.
• Supervised 4 employees in floral department.
