Welcoming guests to sit where they please in our bar/restaurant. The concept of our restaurant is to bring a friendly good environment to our kids as well as our adults catering to a full bar with live music.

To each table, I presented our finger food menu while providing drinks inside and outside of the restaurant, and when the time came to close out tickets I used toast pos machine to have an easy transaction with all consumers. Then I proceed to clean up any remaining dishes to welcome our next guest.

First greet each guest with a smile as I walk around Smoke Sky Bar huge outdoor space to see if anyone would like to be catered with a variety of mixed drinks, specials, shots, etc.. without needing to get up from their seat. Using toast pos machine once again to create an easy transaction for guests and myself as well. Offering up the options for bottle service from our list that starts with call bottles to premium choices.
As a cocktail server at Sky Bar, we provide much catering with our well-known southern brisket which is sold separately from my duties however still possible to purchase food at our convenient food stand.
