I was the garden lead at Bondi Farms, I was in charge of the crew of which plantes were going to be worked on and where they would be growing/also transplanting.

Implemented daily operating procedures to keep the garden rolling and not allowing any backups to occur so we could stay on schedule.

Trained new hires in successful strategies to execute our daily routine in a safe and effective manner.

• Cleaned and maintained warehouse in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Oversaw upkeep of equipment and physical condition of warehouse, identifying and ordering needed repairs, renovations and replacements.
• Redesigned warehouse layout to accommodate new equipment, maximize space utilization and optimize processes.
• Evaluated supplies and product inventory to check for quality and quantity issues and returned unacceptable materials to vendors.
• Kept corporate departments and customers updated on critical shipments.

I rebuild starters, alternators, generators, motors, and a few other type of electric rotating assemblies. I had to determine what was wrong with said item and order new parts for that. Completely disassemble, clean, reassemble then test the unit.

Also was responsible for keeping my area clean and tidy.

I'd sometimes be asked to work in the garage and change certain parts on cars like batteries, alternators, starters.
