- Preach 2 services every week and carry out all pastoral responsibilities to fulfill the vision and values of Green Acres at the Flint Campus.
- January to April of 2022 - Built a core team of 45 volunteers to relaunch the campus Easter 2022.
- Grew the campus staff from 1 full-time position to 4 full-time positions and 10 part-time roles.
- The campus began with 60 in worship attendance. The 2 year anniversary featured 623 in worship attendance over 3 services with over 120 volunteers. 10x in just over 2 years.
- Began with 5 kids in Kids Ministry and no Student Ministry. 2 years later over 100 in Kids Ministry and over 60 in Student Ministry.
- 70 baptisms in 2 years.
- Trained and equipped over 150 volunteers.
- Launched 8 adult discipleship groups with 32 leaders.
- The campus exceeded budget over 250k after second fiscal year and currently tracking 60% financial growth YTD.

- Preached Prestonwood Sunday Services and added to the Prestonwood Preaching Team at the Plano Campus.
- Oversaw 13 Life Groups representing nearly 350 adults and the development of 110 leaders.
- Administered premarital counseling programming for all campuses. Trained 90 couples in Before You Say, I Do at 40% assimilation rate into Life Groups.
- Podcast invitations to discuss Apologetics and Biblical Manhood.

- Grew ministry from 106 to over 280 single adults ages 18-34.
- Launched The Gathering. This was Wednesday night bible study and worship event which grew from 30 to over 100. Wrote nearly all of curriculum. Recruited and hired worship team.
- Founded Adopt-a-Block Ministry. This ministry adopted 11 homes in poverty stricken community in South Dallas. Monthly deployed 40 young singles to paint houses, mow grass, weed, edge, or any other external work needed at these homes.
- Led mission trips to Las Vegas and Pittsburg.
- Developed and trained over 70 directors and teachers for LifeGroups, baptized over 60 young singles, and restructured or launched 16 LifeGroups.
- Taught in multiple age demographics most Sunday mornings.
- Served on rotation as Chaplain to Dallas Mavericks.
