My name is Jacob Dubisz, I graduated high school in 2020 where I later went on to pursue an associates degree of business at Erie Community college. Over the past 6 years I have worked at Reds in East Aurora as a manger, while taking classes at ECC. Ive been a manager there since 2019 when I turned Eighteen, and legally could open and close by myself. I consider myself a very hard worker and would do anything to help the business succeed. I would like to learn a trade because I think it will benefit my career path more than a college degree. Im hoping to learn and grow in this necessary industry and willing to do whatever it takes to the best of ability to do so.
