While flower Dept. Manager I oversaw daily stocking, organization, inventory, and design of the flower dept. In addition this, I was responsible for building a team when large flower shipments came in, collaborating with the arrangement specialist, keeping store manager in the loop on what flowers where in demand, and many more collaborative tasks.

While filling in for our cashier team lead, I trained new employees, balanced the cash drawers, Assisted with inventory, and took initiative in day to day operations.

In this role I honed my customer service skills. I also carried out such task as unloading merchandise, assisting customers with locating items, furniture assembly, and other point of sales duties.
