I am a recently graduated student from Northeastern State University, with a final GPA of 3.8. With the experience I've gained at my current place of work, I am excited to broaden my technical knowledge application to any field, and to gain real-world experience. I am always looking to learn about the latest systems and stay updated with the latest trends in both technology development and cyber threats.
Gathered relevant, 911 call-based information by utilizing law-enforcement databases such as TRACIS, CJIS, OLETS, FLOCK and other sources to provide for officers responding to an incident in real time to allow officers to focus on the situation in front of them. Some types of information gathered are addresses, criminal records, vehicle plates, descriptions, and other pertinent information based on the call.
I start livestreams with officers body camera in extreme situations. This provides updates to other officers on their current location and situation. This helps eliminate the need for the officers to communicate the information needed themselves.
Also I, operated hundreds of cameras across the city to monitor circumstances as they develop and advised officers of any changes before their arrival.
We utilized license-plate readers across the city to help identify possible suspects in various crimes such as stolen vehicles or felony warrants.
Communicated with officers over radio on a daily basis, giving officer safety information, taking officer requests, and notifying to dispatch if a possible suspect vehicle was detected at any of the license plate readers.
