SoP Projects is a youth led organization that is striving to become an official 501c3 Non-profit in 2025. As a member of this organization, I am directly involved with the community where we host various programs and events. Some of majors programs I have been involved with were.

• A speaker at the first ever youth led session at the National Summer Learning Association conference in 2023
• A core member on the National Youth leadership Institute's second program year which was planned by a team sent by SoP Projects.

This was a reoccurring summer program that I first started at as a program provider in 2022 and then came back as a site lead in 2023.

• Worked directly with youth and program providers.
• Created a safe, learning environment that engaged youth with social emotional learning.

• Answered customer questions about sizing, accessories, and merchandise care.
• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Maintained calm demeanor and professionally managed issues in busy, high-stress situations.

Worked as a part time employee at a local pizza joint in Tacoma. This was my first job which helped me develop key soft skills at a young age.
