Summary

I have demonstrated my leadership and initiative capabilities in the inspection industry for the last twelve years. When I see an area of improvement, I use critical thinking and teamwork to solve problems, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. I enjoy being able to train junior inspectors to help improve their knowledge and techniques, and in return, I can learn from new and senior technicians. I’m a firm believer in continuous improvement in ourselves and work practices.
