• Certified OJT Coach, TSA - 2022 : As an OJT Coach my job is to be an instructor to the new hires, as well provide guidance and safe welcoming training environment. Showing them how to properly do the job, by using demonstrations and using excellent communication skills so they understand how to do the job. At the end of the shift, we will review what we did that day going over what he improved on, needs to improve and answering any questions or concerns he may have. In addition, I would gather all of his performance data and write a report to my senior officials. Showing them the progress and any milestones, the trainee achieves that day.
• Certified TACT Team/ TAO, TSA - 2023: My job is to travel checkpoint to checkpoint interacting with individual officer or with a group. Explaining or demonstrating any new updates on SOP procedures, as well as holding an open discussion answering any question or concerns, they might have on the updates similar to a classroom environment. In addition, I would leave a report for my senior officials so they would know who received the updated training. Also, I would review the SOP book and message my senior officials asking question to make sure I was up to date on any changes.

• I have over 300 hours of Instructor training experience.
