-General Administrative Tasks including, scheduling home visits, checking and responding to voicemails, email communication with DHCFP/DWSS/CBCsouthIntake/Applicants, Scanning and uploading documents, mailing providers lists and resources as needed, documenting direct contact with applicants in SAMs software journaling, and manually inputting service deliveries
-Completing and submitting Services Plans for applicants residing in a residential or assisted living facility.
-Provided counseling for the abuse of alcohol and other drugs to reduce the risk of recidivism.
-Making a diagnosis or classification and providing a course of treatment.
-Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient's recovery
