Geek Squad at Best Buy
Currently I am employed with Geek Squad at Best Buy. I applied at Geek Squad because I knew a lot about phones and about tech in general, and so far its been good. Geek Squad is ran by appointments and human interaction, every item that we touch a customers item, theres always customer service behind it. We usually spend around 20 minutes with each client to resolve there problem, and if we can not solve it while sitting down, we will check in there item such as a laptop. When we check in items, we either work on data transfers, clean in tunes, broken screens, etc. In the back of our precinct, If not, we send that item to a service center. Geek Squad is mostly human interaction and that has been my favorite part about the job, building trust and offering great customer service.
