Jacob Shutman

I have been thoroughly trained in all aspects of the Online Grocery Pickup department at Walmart. My responsibilities include handling customer check-in calls, delivering orders to vehicles, and selecting items on the sales floor to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. In addition to these duties, I assist in-store customers with locating products and verifying item availability.

Working in this fast-paced and team-oriented environment has required strict adherence to time-sensitive processes and high standards of efficiency. Over the past three years, I have developed strong multitasking abilities and enhanced my customer service skills through consistent interaction with both in-store and online customers.

I coach 14U football at Riverwinds, working primarily with athletes between the ages of 12 and 14. I serve as the running backs and linebackers coach, focusing on skill development, technique, and game awareness. Through coaching, I have strengthened my abilities in communication, leadership, and patience.

I work with players from various towns and backgrounds, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. In addition to on-field coaching, I assist with organizing and running practices, setting up the field, managing equipment, and supporting the overall operations of the team. I also provide transportation for players when needed and actively support the needs of our athletes, their families, and fellow coaches to ensure a successful and supportive program.
