I received service calls from clients, contacted our contractors for scheduling, call details, updates on parts orders, and then contacted our clients with updates to ensure a smooth process. Additionally, I gained a comprehensive understanding about the HVAC industry, how to use Microsoft Access, as well as more knowledge of Excel and valuable customer service skills.
When I started my clothing brand, New City Co. I had a vision of a creating a community of likeminded people who are in the pursuit to becoming the best version of themselves everyday. I handle every aspect of the company including; product design, social media, finances, shipping, marketing, and living out our mission statement found on our website everyday. This creative journey has been a very rewarding experience and I look forward to taking it further towards success everyday.
During my time as a coach for the Connecticut Jr. Rangers, I worked with many former NHL players to setup, design, teach and turn into game used skills. Additionally, I would speak with players to learn their goals as an athlete so I could help them develop the necessary skills as an athlete and person to reach their goals.
Wesco Sports Center is a premier sports equipment store in Brookfield, CT. While working as a Stock Person during my senior year of high school internship, I had many responsibilities and opportunities. I was one of two team members to take care of; loading and unloading shipments coming in and going out, stocking shelves with equipment, taking inventory of our products, helping customers find the equipment best fit for them, and reporting directly to the owner with all necessary information to maintain a successfully run store.
