As a Lead, I have responsibilities such as ensuring safety, watching for people not wearing proper PPE, watching for distracted and unsafe behavior. I ensure that crates are properly cleaned, stored, and ready for shipping. I have to test the crates to test their cleanliness and sanitation, and I file paperwork with the tests as well as audits on the crates and inventories. I also tend to all machines and make sure they are properly and continuously running.
At ups I was first a loader for PD 13 and after around 6 months did the igress. Once I turned 21 I applied to be a Package Car Driver for around 6 months. Then i decided to be a FrontLine Supervisor and I worked there until 07/2024. When the hub got shut down for reconstruction. My responsibilities as a Frontline Supervisor were, Ensuring saftey, Checking for load quaility and walls being properly built, I would file paperwork on the computer as well as take classes often for helping me always improve my ablities to preform my job.
