Over The course of my time at Goodyear I've done many different Jobs, but the results have been the same each time. I've accomplished tasks given and drove my operators to setting a new standard of work in my department. At Goodyear Maintenance is something we've always been short on. So as a result to be a competent operator you have to be savvy with machinery or be able to learn quick. for me I'm both, If i don't know how to work on it I can learn faster and with a better attitude than most. There's only two things I know well and thats People and Machinery! I love what I've accomplished at Goodyear, but i feel as though I can take what I've learned and apply it to Toyota and be a key in future of you're company.
