On Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 I was added to Kelsey's Place as a board member from Chilton County. Kelsey's Place is a non- profit organization that provides GED prep classes, GED testing, Job Readiness and needed services that are available at the time for the community. Kelsey's Place works with both potential employers and employees to provide a cost free way for people with a job to offer and those seeking a job to find each other. Kelsey's Place post available jobs, assist with resume writing, on-line application, and work with potential employees to identify and overcome barriers that may hold back their abilities to obtain and maintain employment.
