  • Ensuring that the companies total maintenance and repair contracts are maintained and monitored for both accuracy and profitability throughout the term of each executed contract. Facilitate all TMR rate requests and prepare contracts for the sales department to get signed. Set up all new TMR and other maintenance contracts in the ERP and state the billing cycle. Verify that all warranties are identified and attached to each unit in the system. Monitor PM cycles to make sure that all machines are being serviced and at the proper intervals. Provide notification to the sales department of upcoming expirations prior to contract end date. Monitor and remove expired units from TMR billing. Provide reporting on TMR contracts monthly to upper management. Review all completed TMR related work orders in an effort to identify high cost repairs, parts warranty and any other items that might be warrantable failures. Monitor GPS tracking systems for hour usage and gather manual hour meter backups as needed to prepare overtime billing at the end of each period for all units based on contracts guidelines.
  • Processing invoices in the system for prompt vendor payments, maintained adequate centralized office supplies, and manage the paper and electronic information storage retrieval system. Preparing dispatch location, work orders and entering time for the technicians. Establishing an excellent rapport with both internal and external clients. Greeting visitors, determining the nature of their visit, providing appropriate information and directing visitors to appropriate person. Operating the telephone console, providing information to callers, recording and transmitting messages.
  • Taking medical histories and recording vital signs, explaining treatment procedures to patients, assisting the physician and preparing patients for examination and procedures.
