• Created the primary build process for implementing all products within the company’s parameters (approx. 25k). This included the website, inventory platform, and pricing platforms. Managed a team of five people for five years and a team of three for three years including overseas employees.
• Managed daily operations for online storefront including product listings, pricing updates, and stock accuracy.

Customer Service

• Provided multi-channel customer service (email, chat, phone) for online shoppers.
• Assisted with account issues, tracking requests, and product questions.
• Documented interactions in CRM and flagged recurring issues for operational improvement.
• Resolved escalated issues and implemented solutions that reduced customer complaints.

• Integrated newly acquired clients into the database and maintained accurate and up-to-date data. Ensuring all incoming payments are received and processed.

• Client certificate authentication compliance - assuring quarterly plant inspections are completed on time and meet all the requirements necessary.

• Responsible for creating a local delivery route to residential and business areas for Amazon in Chicago. DSTM (Don’t Shoot The Messenger) was outsourced by Amazon.

• In charge of leading day-to-day sales within the facility. Developing the website and handling its maintenance while also updating all social media accounts regularly.

• Designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Responsible for creating visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

• Responsible for administering sales and marketing operations consistent with company policy. Daily oversight of the whole facility. This was a hybrid position consisting of the retail space up front and the sports complex in the back.

• Field Researcher, Coordinator, and Brand Ambassador for various companies outsourcing GMR Marketing for events. Traveling to different cities throughout the USA to execute the different marketing strategies needed to accomplish the project's objective.
