Jadeyn Haynes

During my summer job with Este Commerical, I worked on remodeling the exterior of houses. My tasks included assisting with siding installation, painting, and general exterior maintenance. This role helped me gain hands-on experience in construction, develop practical skills, and understand the importance of attention to detail and teamwork in completing projects efficiently.

I was a Managing Partner of Salt Lake County Roleplay, a gaming community on FiveM with over 120,000 members. I began in April 2022 and worked my way up to a managing partner. I was responsible for overseeing community operations, managing staff, and ensuring a positive experience for all members. I stepped down when the community was put up for sale in March 2024. This experience gave me valuable leadership, project management, and community engagement skills.

• Took orders, prepared meals, and collected payments.
• Demonstrated strong multitasking abilities, handling multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or efficiency.
• Worked well with colleagues and accepted feedback from management.
