During my employment at Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc. and Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., I have developed and refined my critical thinking and teamwork skills which have shown to enhance customer interactions and overall satisfaction. Utilizing these skills, I have been able to efficiently manage peak hour wait times and leave every customer satisfied. Through my work, I specialized in safe food handling and the promotion of positive team environments. I have also been consistently improving on my adaptability and my ability to collaborate with my peers, which has shown to improve the quality of my service and the efficiency of the operation.
