• My responsibilities centered around supporting the marketing team in promoting our services effectively. This included creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. I conducted market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, which informed our strategic decisions.

• As a certified trainer at Olive Garden, my primary responsibility is to ensure that new hires receive comprehensive training that aligns with the company's standards of excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. Beyond initial onboarding, I provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, helping them to continually refine their skills and maintain high performance standards. Additionally, I collaborate with management to assess training needs, update training materials, and implement new procedures as needed to uphold Olive Garden's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
