Conduct health history interviews and determine donor eligibility, perform phlebotomy and provide donor are during the collection of safe units of blood. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations. Promote an professional image.

The LPN provides nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of the RN. Services include performing personal care bathing, grooming, tracheotomy care, enteral feeding/tube feeding, dressing, preparing meals and feeding, oral hygiene and skin care.

• Comprehensive intake including: height, weight, and vitals
• hearing & vision screens
• assisting physicians with procedures
• clinical nursing skills such as caths, neb treatments, and antibiotic injections
• patient/family education
• care coordination
• documentation in the EMR
• cleaning/stocking clinic rooms
