- The first thing that is done is a daily DVIR to ensure safe and proper operation of the work truck
- After the truck has been checked I then move the truck to the dock for loading
- Before loading I check the next day delivery invoices to ensure the order is correct
- Next is loading the truck with the picked product also inspecting for any missed product damage
- When that is done, I will do a final check for tools and equipment needed for today's appointments
- Then it's delivery time
- I call customers to give them a 30 minute courtesy to inform them of eta and service level that has been paid for

- After all necessary trucks have been prepped for use we check our stops by use of remote monitoring system and off we go
